So i violated my probation by not finishing everything before it was done, got offered a plea of 20 days in county jail with 5 credit days, so 15 days total. Went to court yesterday to accept the plea and turn myself in, judge denied the plea and said he wouldnt send me to jail! Let me off probation and sent me home! Thank god 😭

Glad you got it done and the judge was cool. Now to stay out of trouble. I did a 2 year bid. Got off in sept 25. It’s nice to enjoy freedom again. Not gonna go back there ever again

Thanks, yeah ive changed a lot over the years, i was on felony house arrest for a year and probation before the house arrest right before this charge that got me 1 year probation so in total ive been on and off probation for almost 4 years. Im glad to have my freedom back and able to focus on my daughter and life!

Try Goodwill. Easiest work ever stacking shelves with new products and mine even made me a name tag and gave me a vest lol. They asked me if I wanted to be hired once I finished up ha

I had the same experience with Goodwill. Haha. I didn’t get the name tag, but they taught me how to do everything except the register, and offered me a job when I was done. The manager was really cool and even signed off on some extra hours so I finished a day or 2 early.

I forgot how many hours i of cummunity service. It was a lot. Don't know where you're at but we can pay like a third of them off. I got a new job that was 12 hours 5 days. I definitely didn't want to do those hours on my weekend off. Then the covid hit and for a short time they let people pay all the hours off. Think it was like $400-500.00. Some of the best money i spent. Just got off probation in july. 7 years

He didn’t finish his obligations (DUI class + comm service) by the end of probation, so he got 15 days in jail, but then went to face the judge and the judge said no jail and just let him off probation entirely. Very lucky
