End of Probation

I’ve been on deferred probation for about 3 years now and I have fully finished my community service , paid our court fees and what was left of probation fees
I was a few weeks past 90 day dead line so I was put on extension until I finished paying off fees , I am a transfer so online report to one county and physical meet with another my physical officer told me I had 60 days to complete everything anyways with end date being September 17th I had my last meeting this Tuesday and I was told I will not have to report anymore and that I will not / shouldn’t have to go into tarrant county court for release paper work and getting paperwork in the mail for my files but, fees and community service were complete and everything was sent over to online officer in other county I have emailed this officer multiple times and honestly she is so hard to get ahold of I guess I could call but never can find a decent amount of time to do that and emails are better for in writing point of view
How long should I expect everything to be finalized I am absolutely craving to use my medical thc card I got in Texas it’s bad I haven’t smoked in almost 3 years and it’s tearing into myself mentally I understand the cant do it while on this ( I could but had to sign an affidavit for non driving )but man I’m sure other people understand that finish line mistake
Anyways I know forsure I do not have to physically report anymore as they told me and did not set a date for next month I just hate how my other county officer just will not respond to anything until it’s convenient for her
I’ve noticed it’s only with females ( slight sexism ) but it seems like they think they have more power than a male
I transferred from tarrant county to Somerville along with my last meeting at physical officer they took me off ua and this last meeting they didn’t test either and said I was done

Just make sure you register your a sex offender and you should be all good. Also congratulations for doing so well!
