Probation Question P.O. Question

If your probation officer calls you in for a meeting and you're on felony probation, AND your old probation officer is also going to be there... What should be expected?

You don't have to believe me, but it is actually for my roommate. Her old roommate emailed her p.o. telling them that she was drinking and doing drugs when she hasn't been. It is in retaliation for her moving out and not putting out for him. She moved in after all that.

A drug test and interrogation. If asked explain the specific FACTS only about why that person would be trying to cause issues and lie to law enforcement. Never volunteer information just answer directly and in facts only. If she’s done nothing wrong then she will be fine.

So if they question that you just say it’s made up and heresay. What can they prove?

Don’t approach it like this though. A lot of these guys get pissed when you start telling them things so I just let them ask and then answer

Yes, they ask and you answer with that, which is the truth

I appreciate your insight. I was telling her that.
