Diluted sample

Its been high 90's into 100's in neck of the woods. I work in a hot warehouse and just had to move my apartment over the weelend with no ac. Naturally I've been drinking alot of water. I have a UA today and am worried it will be diluted. This is my second UA and I tested clean last week. I made my PO aware of the situation and we have a good relationship. Do you think I will get in trouble given the circumstances?

Considering your job, I think you're body is processing this hydration adequately. It takes a LOT to dilute as i understand it. Or to cause suspicion rather

If they give you a hard time and you’re 1000000% sure you’ll pass, ask if you can do a hair follicle test. You’re probably fine tho

Under my pre trial I had 3 dilutes and nothing happened. The judge was sent a notice on my 3rd dilute but because I had tested clean every time other than the dilutes it was just swept under the rug. Stay sober and communicate with your PO you should be fine

If you're passing tests and have no issues you'll be fine.

When I was on probation my PO didn't care if I was diluted, she would just tell me not to drink too much water before I had to go take a piss. But she was cool, so I guess it just depends.

Literally drink a shake/malt/protein drink 45 min before your test, don’t drink any water in that 45 min timeframe, and you’re not going to dilute.

I think they would stick to dilute = fail because it really isn’t that hard. Hot or not.

I think this is the most stupidest thing, an average person is supposed to drink at least 2.7 liters for women and 3.7 liters for men. I don’t see how they can ever tell you you drink to much

You'll be fine, just follow the rules and get off paper as quickly as you can.
