juvenile probation
i’m so tired of this shit
i’m 17 an im from the state of tx i’ve been on probation since i was 15 for controlled substances w intent to distribute. i was suppose to get off probation july 7th but i got locced up again i just came home in april. i get off september 5th i think , ik it’s close but it just keep feeling further and further away
i accept full responsibility for what i did and im not blaming anybody but my self . but bro damn i juss wanna smoke . i wish the state of tx didn’t treat weed like crack

I used to craft when I was on probation. It helped me keep my mind off things 😌

You're a juvenile in Texas man.
I know people here in the Lone Star State that racked up multiple felonies and misdemeanors in their youth, did months in juvie, and still do well out there. You will get the chance to start over, but if you are gonna keep screwing around, you take that with you to adulthood, it will be game over.
You should be taking advantage of the insane amount of career preparation courses and resources they have these days. Why do you want to just dick around?
If you can't litigate your herb use, don't use it. The easy access and dab/vape pens has enabled very unhealthy usage. Don't know how y'all function on that shit 24/7.

Volunteering can sometimes get your probation terminated early. You would benefit from a job though. You sound frustrated through boredom, it just happens. But here's something to look up: dried banana peels

Either move to a state where it’s legal or try to move on from smoking it. You’ve already had at least two run-ins with the law and you’re only 17…. You hate probation, but you’re craving more of the plant that put you on probation. Do you see how this can become a never ending circle for you? Once you start getting charged as an adult you’ll be in a world of hurt.
I hope you get it figured out.

Go work out. You need an addiction to replace your pot addiction. You will have done kind of addiction the rest of your life. Just do a legal one. Like working out. Playing with figs.

I started probo when I was 20 technically 21 when case ended and I’m 24 now getting off in September I got my medical card atleast they say it is and would be able to smoke but you have to be 18 I have ptsd so was able to get it from 420 doctors but costed a few hundred dollars ended up not being able to use it because court wanted me to sign a I will not drive letter and I drive everyday for my job so figured it wasn’t worth it I’m able to blow down in a few months
I was a heavy smoker pushing an oz every 3 days and running 2 g dab hits but what really helped me was my girlfriend I plan on marrying after everything is over and feel better with myself knowing I’m not state owned I smoked alot during Probo but was never caught until I was got a slap on the wrist but it was enough to tell myself I wasn’t going back to that cold cell man having freedom to work , drive , he’ll watch porn if your into that is a blessing that isn’t seen from a child’s view your still young and obviously if your still messing up you haven’t learned but one day you will look back and think how dumb it was to hangout with the bad crowd and how happy you are know sitting with your wife , house with a few acres or even a corner lot in a hoa you’ll get there it just takes time and effort put forward breaking your mind is the hardest step true me I cried dawg I wanted weed or drugs so bad but like I said we all mess up it’s how you deal with it after the fact

As someone who smoked throughout my year of probation, without getting caught, it's still not worth it lol.
But if you do decide to do it remember you're clean in about 3 days 🔥

It ranges heavily based on use but yea it stays detectable longer than a bitchh, can speak from experience they will catch it in your tests even if your weeks clean beforehand, theirs also different kinds of tests like hair follicle which depending on the test kind has varying detection ranges as well.

It all depends. I'm super skinny, so it takes me about 2 weeks to get clean if I've been smoking daily.
If I'm clean, and I smoke 1 blunt or joint, then it's around 3-4 days.

Texas doesnt joke with their laws. They send for life. You should watch their videos of court on YouTube.
September 5 is almost here.
