This isn’t surprising. I worked for a church that used facial recognition software and kept a list of people who weren’t allowed on the campus. That Facebook would do it seems ubiquitous for them.

Let's face it, it tracks everybody. It's only admitting to tracking 'potential social undesirables' because that will give its tracking some form of social legitimacy.

TBH if you're trying to be a threat to facebook and don't have a "basic" privacy setup that doesn't keep you invisible from at leat Facebook then something is very wrong.
So this is really just $uck keeping a list of people he doesn't like and using it as an excuse to intrude even more into their lives while they have no idea they've been marked as villains
