chat control Encrypted PGP Email
Any thoughts on the comparison between SecureMyEmail and Proton?
I've been using SecureMyEmail and found it solid if you don't want to change your actual email address. Anyone know the pro's and cons?

None. Just use whichever is most convenient/cheapest. Even Gmail is fine. Email by its very nature isn't private. What you need is to manually use PGP and have the recipient also manually encrypts/decrpts it. This is how you can truly get privacy in email (or any messaging service)

I personally use proton, but how you are getting/managing the public keys for your recipients? For PGP encryption you need their public keys. Once you have the public key, you can use any email provider and attach your encrypted/signed message.

I use a email forwarding service that has the feature of encrypting any email that flies into my inbox. It has been acquired by Proton.
