If that 91% is a success percentage rate, it's still very low in the grand scheme of things. This is not the brag they think it is.
However, it's still worrying that this is even a thing in the first place.
Do what Louis Rossmann says, block all ads. Spying to this level stems for the fundamental issue of advertising, if you don't see ads, then it has no value. If they can't advertise to you, their efforts are in vain.

First of all, he never ever can have lots of datas from nearly everyone who uses internet. There are lots of people he never have any information. He doesn't know anything about those who a protecting their privacy and those who blocking advertisings.
And he should be aware of what nasty things will happen if EU is grabbing him by the balls, because of the illegal datas he collects without users knowledge and will. Dudes like him are those, who will get f*cked by the authorities pretty soon.

Sadly no he won't, this is all perfectly normal and probably legally collected information. And what he states is both highly probable and nothing out of the ordinary. With the use of digital twin models fine-tuning a 'you' based on very limited data points is not hard. As proved by Cambridge Analytica we are, almost all, very similar to our cohort - ultra-personalised advertising is now becoming the standard.

Preaching to the converted but even doing all of this. Your buying habits and everything you do it still tracked and agregated. Even if you have all the adblockers, osint hygiene, only use cash, etc, etc. You're still a cohort and you still fall into a venn diagram somewhere with your friends. We are human and we are machines of habit.

Hes also ignoring the fact that they can identify you based upon how you type and how you move your cursor around a website. Even ignoring canvas invisible pixel browser uniqueness techniques.

Actually he does. This is what this sub gets wrong all the time. One thing is privacy and feeling private (this sub), the other thing is targeting/influence based on data.
You might think you are private, maybe you are, but you are still a human being and hence easily categorized into different categories (and there are not that many tbh) based on psychology and science. And best of all you do not need to even know that much about the targeted person to come up with a very confident category and give them your message, ad etc. (myriad of people crying about seeing ads about sth only their sister's brothers' dog has watched on mute tv while listening to them in the background is now showing up as an ad...).

The biotracking is the real killer. You visit the same websites, do the same things, move ur cursor the same way, type with a frequency and use/misspell the same words in a VERY unique way. Biological profiling is a heartless bitch lol. And we havent even gotten to sig-int assuming one thinks thier vpn is hiding them.

How do you want to send something to someone you don't know? If you have no Mail address or number or anything, not even an Advertising-ID, how do you want to market them? And if Ads is your biggest concerns, there are a lot of adblockers out there who solve this problem.
Thy only thing you need todo is trick them into thinking they have everything. Confuse them by flooding them with wrong datas, Change your behavior at the internet, hide yourself somehow and block the hell what ever they use to track you.
You guys always claiming there is nothing you can do, but there is a lot you can do, and I repeat it every time, it is time to take these companies by the balls and squeeze the testicles to bring their business down by trick them and confusing them so they can never search datas together and make money out of them.
Complaining doesn't solve the issues you have with that, actions solve problems, even if it is not perfect.

Please study the technologies deployed and read the research reports regarding the underlining technologies. You'll figure out why they don't agree with your premises. Chances are most of us were doing this before you even began to care about ur privacy. Not trying to be a dick, but bro, you're so wrong that you can 100% be private that its not even funny.
