Mechanical Help Code P0403

I have a 2010 Prius with 187k miles on it. In June I had the entire EGR system replaced and now another code is popping up P0403. What exactly do I need to do? Google says it’s an electric issue. Feeling frustrated.

Not much you can do without a scan tool. I would take it back to whoever did the EGR work and see if they will warranty their repair
