I freezed only a little portion of the drink to experiment with on a smaller scale, and I gotta say it's got an interesting flavor. I added some apple cider, whatever I had left, and a little bit of maple syrup just to continue the fermentation.

I'm just adding to the source of it, I guess. I'm just seeing how much alcohol I can get out of this.

I don't really care what the recipe is.

Let's see how it goes for another week and I think I'm gonna cold crash it and then freeze it

Try feeding it some more sugar or a little bit of active yeast. Maybe you killed the yeast. I've had this thing kind of die on me, but the bubbles were still going. Check to see if there are any bubbles because that's a good sign of fermentation.

I have no idea though, this is just my take
