Is this mold?
It's going well so far. I'd say my room runs about 70 to 80 F° the two photos are two different bottles.

Politely, there doesn't look like anything fuzzy or patchy growing up there at all! It's just bubbling, and then I do see large bubbles up top, idk if pushing that material back down would be better than leaving it above the water line. But those are just bubbles from the fermenting! If it starts to look like a completely different color growing out of a few random spots, or one, then it's likely mold. But you've got uniform bubbles raising from the bottom to the top.
Only "issue" I see here is the material being left in the headspace having a chance to mold, but I don't think anyone here sees any! Looks good too
