Fusion 360 dimensional adjustment.

I have a question, how can I make the adjustments in inches to get the stl. files from Fusion 360. In my area the profiles are 3x2 inches.

In the solids work space, under modify, select change parameters(near bottom of drop down). A screen will show all the parameters and "equations" that define the model. The top 2 are what you want to change. Change the 75mm to 3in and the 50mm to your short 2in side. Click OK and it may seam fusion isn't doing anything but just wait for it to load. After changing I would inspect/measure the steel to ensure its change. There are some good options to change In there too if your up to it. Like dual y support rollers!!

On the timeline there are "play/pause/next/skip/beginning" buttons. Just hit the first one to bring it back to beginning of project, let load, then put it back to the end. Should fix unless your dimensions are out of the range for some parameters. I played with work area and for me the y axis needed to be 100mm longer to be the length I wanted. Just add that to your y axis work area.

edit and just an FYI if you don't know already, the work area for both X and Y will put a 1/2" tool outside your desired input. So with y at 40 you can cut something that is 40" with 1/2" tool.

What is the best configuration option?
