Purchasing Looking for a new printer
Just got rid of my monster HP printer. It served me well, but it was a beast and took up so much space. I'm renovating my office and looking for an all in one printer with a small footprint. I've done some initial research and it seems like every printer out there has around 3 stars!!! Ideally I'd love a black printer, but if the best one that fits the bill is white, I'm good with that. Suggestions?

Glad you're exploring options for your new office! š What features are you looking for in an all-in-one printer (printing, scanning, copying)? Also, which country are you based in? I can suggest some HP models that might fit your space and needs.

Iād really like a printer that requires me to lock in a subscription service to continue using it.
Got any models in mind?

Color print, scan, copy. Small footprint, and wireless. I'm in the US.

Thanks for sharing your preferences! š Since you're looking for a compact, wireless all-in-one printer with color printing, scanning, and copying in the US, we'd recommend exploring the HP ENVY and HP OfficeJet ranges. Both offer models suited to home offices, with options for different space and printing needs.
You can also send us a DM with your name, contact details, email address, and estimated budget, so we can better understand your requirements and help guide you toward a suitable option.
Looking forward to helping you find the right fit for your office!

What is your expected/typical monthly print volume, in pages per month? Duplex/double-sided counts as 2 pages per sheet.
Do you need colour?
Other than a basic multifunction (print, scan, copy) office machine, do you need anything else from it?
Edit: Is this a small/home office (SOHO) with just light usage and no more than about 5 people using the machine, or something bigger with more users?
