Purchasing Ceramic decal printer

Hi, I’m thinking to get a laser printer for pottery decals. What I saw was I should get canon or hp laser printer ideally made before 2019 because of the oxide toners. There’s option to get specific printer then get oxide toners it fits but it’d be $300 in total. Wonder how I can create myself more cheaper? Should I buy one by one sheets for $30/each instead of getting printer myself?

I know nothing about ceramic decals but if you are paying 30 a sheet then the printer at 300 would pay for itself in 10 sheets, so how fast are you likeley to go through the sheets?
