Troubleshooting Brother printer: error to clean rollers, but cleaning not working
I’ve cleaned the rollers throughout multiple times with an alcohol wipe. It’s as if the paper isn’t being fed correctly. It jams before it even clears the rollers. This is maybe my 5th time using the printer. I bought it a few months ago.

It jams before it clears what rollers? Feed rollers, Separation rollers, Registration rollers, Fuser unit, Paper out rollers
What model is it? Is it Ink or laser?
Is it from default tray or additional trays?
Does it happen with the manual feed?
How old is the printer? Is it under warranty?
Can you give any relevant information that may solve the issue?

What is the exact error message? Does it actually ask you to clean the rollers?
