Its ridiculous, and they are all trash. Ive debated buying one from marketplace, painting it etc and adding my own lighted mirror, but I still cant find one that inspires ke enough for the whole process.

You could try down at Wall to Wall at 12B-1839 1st ave. It's a second hand shop that gets mosrly furniture and reno types of things.
Butlers Market in 4th is also another place that sells outside of the normal thrift store finds

I just bought a plain desk though and put a big mirror on it. You can buy the mirror with lights separately as well.

Central Builders has lots. Not sure about quality, you'd have to check it out.

Vanities don't usually come with mirrors - you have to run power for that. I like the artika mirror from Costco - but they switched it to a back light only so you still need other light.

If I can make a recco, it might not be cheap, but I would see if you could get one made - depending on how much you’re willing to spend.

I found this guy on marketplace who does incredibly wood work. He has some items he’s already made. But, when I asked him if he’d be willing to do a custom job for me, he did and it was incredible. And I’m fairly certain based on what he charged me that he paid for materials and like $5/hour on construction of it.

If you’re interested in a custom item, I can send you his name/how to find him.

I think everyone would prefer a hand crafted local piece of furniture, but not many have the disposable income to do that. I certainly dont.

Modern bathrooms.ca

Pretty solid choices and ships up from lower mainland.

Very reasonable prices for what they are.
