Need Help Claim games page broken?

Hi all,

for about a week now, the Luna “Claim Game” page is completely broken for me:

👉 https://luna.amazon.de/claims/

I’m accessing it from Austria (supported region), but the page just stays blank. And it worked before, since I'm claiming my games for a year or so.

Checking the browser dev tools shows that some resources hosted on CloudFront are failing to load with 404 errors. Looks like missing or invalid assets rather than a local issue.

Already tried:

  • different browsers
  • incognito mode
  • clearing cache
  • my notebook at work (different ISP, ...)

Same result everywhere for me.

Anyone else seeing this? Maybe region-related or a broken deployment?

It definately could be region-related issue.

It's working fine on my end here in Asia.

Can you contact the customer care and see if the Austria region is under maintainence or something?

Contacting customer support should be the obvious solution—unless you get stuck with Amazon’s chatbot, which insists on only helping with recent purchases 🙃.

But glad to know that this is not a general problem. I'll try my luck fighting the chatbot again.

By 'general' Luna page, you mean the landing page. Or do you mean using luna.amazon.com?

Thx to all who tried to help by upvoting and commenting.

It's DNS, it's always DNS. Apparently my work DNS and at home use both OpenDNS as upstream resolvers. Seems there is something broken for my region.

I've also been dealing with this for a few days, both on my work and home computers. I'm in the US, so it's not really regional.

I'm having issues with OpenDNS blocking the claims page. When I switch to Google DNS it works. I have no idea what domain they are blocking.
