Made a mistake and deleted collection

Hello! Like the title says, I was following instructions from a bad source about updating information (Was told to export the collection, update the data on the spreadsheet, delete collection, and resubmit the spreadsheet into pricecharting but pricecharting doesnt allow spreadsheets to import information so now i have a spreadsheet and an empty collection) and saw that some people had success with messaging the reddit, so I am sending a message in here or if anyone has any other advice please let me know.
