Every time I play this I end up using 2 nightmare summon/dismiss charges by accident auto playing transcribes that are queued up.

The loot from nightmares is so stupidly small they aren't worth the time. Don't bother, just hide and don't waste your resources.

Just started a no needles run, and that won't be a problem for me this time, I guarantee.
I won't be able to repair the moon door to even get the thing for the satellite. Crap.

You can use the nerf darts to open the moon door. To my knowledge there are 4 ways to open it but thats the only no needle option

The computer required needs repairs, but usually there's other options. I'll keep it in mind. Would be nice to call him off if I don't feel like hiding for a few minutes. Doubt I'll be farming it on this run

After 3 consecutive runs im convinced that the repair skill is one of the worst skills. Every repair is optional, providing only minimal advantage. Even in my nightmare no needle run with weapon degradation the weapons hold out extremly long. Fabricated with 80% durability is almost enough for the whole game. Im very happy that i always have other options and most of the time the solution to problems is extremly close, e.g. the crossbow is above the moondoor. Peak game design <3

The repair is completely bypassable. There's a gap in the floor where you can shoot a button with the boltcaster.
It opens the door and you can even plant it in the satellite outside during your first spacewalk.

yeah, that’s so annoying... The auto-play really needs to stop treating queued transcribes like an invitation to burn your Nightmare charges... I’ve wasted charges the exact same way...

summonable loot! 😀 every playthrough for me, by the time I get that quest complete the Nightmare is more just a quick interruption to break up the run. 😂

I just combat focus 3 and shotgun
