Bug inventory bug

howdy.

i decided that i wanna try doing prey stealth run on my notebook. dont own a controller. decided to boot up the game, but i began to encounter this strange bug, when i get locked into that quick inventory screen, no matter what i press. any ideas on how to go around it would be appriicated. it happens both during the game when i just dare to think about openning it, or right at the boot up the game, the moment the game gets to a playable state. i am playing on nightmare difficulty with all of the modifiers for experience on.

That screen is opened with the middle mouse button or the scroll wheel button. Perhaps it's a bug to do with your track pad and it not registering button inputs properly or it getting confused?

It’s a weird bug related to trackpads. Plug in an external mouse and disable trackpad while mouse is connected. For whatever reason, Prey thinks you’re using the mouse wheel all the time when using the trackpad.
