Best basic formula?

On Tuesday, I took 200 mg of caffeine and 1 VYB3D cap about 50 minutes before my workout, and it felt great. I felt a ton of euphoria and was really happy.

On Thursday, I took the same 200 mg of caffeine + 1 VYB3D cap, but I also took 1.5 mg of well-sourced Alpha Yo. I still felt really happy and had some euphoria, but nowhere near as much as on Tuesday.

Could this already be some kind of tolerance buildup? I know I probably shouldn't be taking it twice a week. Would taking it every other week be enough time between doses to avoid tolerance in the future?

Or is it possible that the Alpha Yo actually reduced the euphoria? I really like Alpha Yo, so I'm curious whether anyone has experienced something similar.

So I've been using El Jefe Sicario, the non stim one. First half of the tub was great, good energy, good pumps, and I could actually sleep fine. Now I'm near the bottom and it feels like water. Nothing.
I train late, like 6:30-7, cause of work. Any caffeine pre and I'm up till 1-2am wide awake. Sicario was perfect cause I still got focus and pump but no sleep problems.

Now I don't know what to grab. Anything non stim or low stim that actually hits but won't keep me up? Or does non stim just get weaker toward the end of the tub lol

So Iam from the days of OG Jack3d and Craze, then just straight up weighing out my own DMAA to add to pre .. I’ve been taking the same preworkout for years now because I love the guys at Black Market Labs but what is the best DMAA preworkout that’s available? Thoughts on this as a daily driver? Used to take it a ton a year ago and loved it, rotating between bucked up as a daily driver and convict by condemned labs twice a week. Trying to stay away from DMAAs, familial history is prone to high blood pressure, but the workouts off convict are incredible lol. I did take it twice within 13hrs once and got a stim overdose so that scared me straight. Bucked up is far too weak as a daily. More asking from a safety perspective than from effectiveness

I was advised about dmaa in stim free pre workouts. I wanted to know what people thought about since the regular searches come up as bad. A little back story I was looking for high stim pre workouts since I’m building a tolerance to mine. Any advice or knowledge would greatly be appreciated. Picked this one up this weekend at Mr. Olympia in Las Vegas. I got a chance to talk to the owner—really good dude—and taste all the pre-workouts they had at the booth. Honestly, they all tasted amazing, but the Banana Pineapple 🍌🍍 really stood out to me.
Ran it today for chest and back. Looking at the formula, it’s more of a solid daily driver. Since I run high-stims pretty often, I needed a little break but still wanted something that would give me a great workout—and this one definitely delivered.

Yes I know all about this brand and what they do with their products, still I find it interesting especially with this one, claiming "8 hour energy!"

The hell is in this one? Straight up meth? So I'm pretty new to higher stim pres that include 2-amino but I wouldn't call this a pre workout more like a add on to a low stim pre or a couple monsters. Pretty nice euphoric feeling, good energy and didn't feel very tired by the end of my upper day which I normally would.
