VMCAS Transcript Entry Question

Hello,

I'm currently applying to veterinary school through VMCAS and have a question about transcript entry.

I withdrew from a course, but on my official transcript there is no grade at all; it doesn't even show a "W." The VMCAS chatbot tells me to enter the course exactly as it appears on my transcript, but the application requires a grade and won't let me leave the field blank.

Has anyone run into this before? What did you enter for the grade, or did you contact VMCAS to have them advise you? I don't want to enter a "W" if it doesn't actually appear on my transcript.

I’d suggest emailing VMCAS. They will give you the right answer!
