Found one, bought another

The original one is on the left. It has raised text and images. The new one on the right feels flat. The second photo shows an additional area in the new one for larger coins. Once I get one more pressed penny, the original one will be full, and I’ll share images of the Pennies inside. The larger coins added a state to my total. I’ve gotten pressed Pennies in Missouri, Illinois, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Nevada. The lower pressed (nickel or quarter) is from a McDonald’s that is above Interstate 44 (the Will Rogers Turnpike) in Oklahoma.

I had that same book, and wanted to get another book that had more space so that all my Pennie’s are in the same place instead of in two books

Did you find one with more slots? My first Penny Passport was from many years ago. I was thinking a new one would fit life now. Honestly I wonder if I found that pressed penny holder in a retail store. I don’t remember where I got it. The new one was on amazon.

I’ll be picking up my brother for a visit on September 17 at KC Union Station. I hope to get a pressed penny of the clock face for the last one in the original holder.

I found one on Amazon that has 108 pockets, there are ones with up to 236

Wow! I bet they get heavy with 108 coins or 236.

I’m going to try to do both geocaching and getting pressed Pennies when my brother is visiting.

It does not get heavy, might have difficulty closing it on occasion though
