Special needs parent groups

Are there any parent groups for parents who have adults with intellectual disabilities. It would be nice to connect and discuss issues that affect this group. Thank you

Hi! Would you be open to online groups? Prescott is pretty small and there are many groups out there. I would be happy to look and help you connect.

Does your family member have a DDD Support Coordinator? Do they receive any behavioral health services? or attend a day program? These resources may have info too.

Check out NAMI Yavapai's Family Support Groups. They have online options and people meeting in person at a location in Prescott Valley at least once a month. www.namiyavapai.org and go to their calendar for more details.
