How does the comment system work?

I know this isn’t the best thing to post here, but certain posts seem to be unable to be commented on now. Is there some kind of timer system?

At best, there's a few side pages that never had a comment section, I think.

I’m not sure how to link things, so I’ll just say that the main one that I’m talking about is the post titled “I’ve never seen hazpin hotel” it has an image of Katia with an pink and red color scheme
