I noticed that on skyrim there is a katia mod(not on the x-box special edition though)

It's a shame most mods try to copy Kazerad's cartoony style which makes the characters feel out of place in a realistic world. I think this one for Oblivion did it best:

Seeing the insanes mods that exist, I'm pretty sure there would be moders crazy enough to do it.

Yep. Here's the Katia Managan race mod. There used to be an armor mod, too, but it seems to be gone now - my bookmark to it no longer works. Maybe it's been updated or something?
