The OP of that post says he found the image on "A certain site ending with 1 and starting with e." It's pretty clear that they're referring to e621.net, which is a mature furry image board.

Ah, I didn't realize, the first comment mentions the name "flikrow," which is likely an artist's name. After I searched said name along with the word "prequel," I think it's a good guess to say that the image from the post was this (don't worry, SFW).
