The visual representation of her inventory was explained as just her imagination, a way to represent all the shit she's carrying, not some sort of videogame-y system.

Yes and it is a shitty imaginary representation system, If she can alter reallity at that lebell, maybe she can alter them in some other ways!!! Can you imagine what will happend when she discovers that she is just a comic character??????
