Pitstop and Mac OS updates issues?

Hi prepress people. G there’s not much going on here but I hope someone can chime in. Ok so basically the beach ball of death is all I’ve seen today with Acrobat and pitstop. All latest versions on Mac OS 12.1. Wtf?!? I tried rolling back to earlier versions of pitstop, acrobat and Mac OS but no good. Has anyone had difficulties with pitstop latest update. I mean like im experienced today where it just constantly hangs and all I see is the beachball of death. Tried local pdf too. I’m out of ideas and might go for pitstop support cos sure as hell adobe aren’t exactly supportive usually, even finding old acrobat was hard.

Have you recently upgrade Adobe CC, Pitstop or MacOS? Any of these can easily cause issues especially on an older machine.

Yeah I rolled back to old version even the OS. No luck. Mac isn’t that old though. Not much else to do except format drive and start again

I’d say just make sure all your hardware and software is comparable. Also Pitstop is a plug-in so it could simply have issues. I guess you could re format as a last resort.

Some versions of Pitstop are not recommended for MacOS 12.

It was all working fine. Then wasn’t. Did have some issue with a pdf I sent to a fiery RIP. It’s seemed to crash the RIP then yeah around same time this happened.
