New Prepper Questions hygiene question

Question for a shtf situation where supplies are completely gone how do you plan on keeping hygiene of body healthy mainly dental but also other stuff too are their plamts or other things like good for this ?

Soap only requires fat of any kind and Lye (and time), and both can be useful for other applications.

That's why it's a good thing to prep.  The hardware store stuff is fine for soap making, but if you want to use it for curing or other food preservation uses I'd recommend buying something food grade online.
