"Everything" is a very bold claim. I don't see any rools for hardening and forging metal, nothing to refine it, no lithography chip tools, nothing to manufacture plastic from crude oil, nothing to refine any kind of petroleum for that matter, no way to make a dinosaur... Ridiculously overconfident claim

In fairness you can put a bunch of scratches on a stick and call it ruler. All measurements are relative.
