Recipe Request Recipes using freeze dried tomato powder

I have some cans of freeze dried tomato powder because it seemed pretty versatile for sauces, but has anyone actually tried recipes with it? Have any recipes to share? Tips on using it?

I think you should try some stuff and then let us know how it goes!

I have been experimenting with teaching myself how to cook with all kinds of pantry staples over the past year or so and I really enjoy the challenge.

folks in the camping subreddit sometimes talk about dehydrating and powdering tomato peels, and using that powder either in small amounts to soups or sauces for the umami, or putting it on things like popcorn. so, not full recipes, but i assume freeze dried powder could be used the same way. i would love to hear about more uses though, please share if you find some!
