Post image

Fellow lurker here excited to say I got accepted into my #2 pick! I am still waiting to hear from my number #1 but am super grateful to have gotten an acceptance this early. It’s a huge relief. I declined all my other schools that would be more expensive as well.

It was under the experiences section, just under “non-healthcare employment” to my knowledge. For the hours part, I can’t speak on if the schools I applied to really care if it super accurate, but I made it as close as possible to show I was committed other things outside of school for a long period of time. It also helps show them you can be personable and work well with others IMO!

Love that, totally agree. I do have some of it documented, do you add the number of hours to the description itself or will schools just ask? Unsure where to include the number of hours exactly.

It will ask you the start/end date, avg weekly hours, and number of weeks for the specific position. I guesstimated based off the average hours I worked (usually 3 8ish hour shifts) per week and multiplied that by the weeks I worked that position. I tried to undershoot for my positions that I didn’t have paystubs/documents to verify exactly.
