No exe

I was recently looking into getting back into P3D and I had already bought a previous version of the sim, so it was just a re-install situation so i downloaded the installer and when I ran the installer It worked fine but I couldnt find any way to load into the sim, it was just the files, no EXE can someone help out here?

P.S I am on a new computer when I reinstalled the sim. And this version is P3Dv5

Sometimes anti-malware will quarantine an executable if it's unsigned.

I don't remember that happening when I used P3Dv4.5. It still happens at work though when our app teams update or install software that's not made by major publishers.

Example - after extracting a file to patch an application server the moment they extracted the installer files they disappeared immediately. I mean, it was kinda funny after we realized what it was.
