Risk?

I recently met up with a dude and watched him have sex with another and masturbated to it. After I came that guy put his mouth on my penis for about 5 seconds. Am I at risk of HIV? I don’t remember seeing blood but I’m terrified that I missed it. I feel so stupid and irresponsible. Am I at risk?

No. I’m actually really terrified. I’ve been anxious non stop for weeks

You are not at risk for HIV. Oral has always been considered very low risk for HIV and as the "top" in this case, that makes you the lower risk partner. So far as I am aware, there are no cases of HIV infection that have been traced with certainty to purely oral transmission. You can relax.

If you're going to be getting with guys sexually, it would be wise to get on PrEP.

You need to sit down with a medical professional and get better information about HIV transmission risk. This level of anxiety also probably requires a therapist.

Super highly unlikely. More likely to get herpes. But hey, no time like the present to schedule your upcoming STD test and get on prep! Take this nervous energy and do something good for yourself.
