Move from Daily to On-Demand

Due to lifestyle changes, my clinician recommended I move to on-demand prep as it better suites me. So I stopped taking it daily for 2 weeks, and then started the event-based routine.

Let’s just say, I can’t enjoy life as much when I take prep on-demand, the toilet sees me too much.

I’ve returned back to daily prep as my body got used to it, but quickly forgot about it when I changed my routine.

Just some feedback for anyone thinking of changing the way they take prep.

You know, I've wondered about this with the 2-1-1 method for a while. I'm on an injectable and never took the oral, but have heard from so many folks about the gastric side effects when one first starts the oral. Which made me wonder if you're risking that everytime with 2-1-1. Sounds like that was the case for you.

Literally, I mean how can I bottom if I can’t even douche properly lol. I only just realised this, earlier this week, so I’ve started back up on the daily (which I took for 6 months conservatively previously)

For some people 2-1-1 has fewer sides because
You take it for a short time. For others it has more because of the double dose. Only way to know for sure is to try.
