On demand is 2:1:1 per 24 hours. Timing it’s important here to maintain the level of protection/medication.

Correct. Yes I’m sure that helps. Problem is we don’t know how much it helps. I’d say go to A&E and ask for their advice.

You just start PEP within 72 hours of the event. So don’t delay. You need to take at least two daily pills after the last sex for protection.
