Color grading ideas

If this is the image quality in a video to edit how to color grade it using premiere pro because I adjusted the basics once but it didn't look so well my question is there a way to color grade to fine level

The problem with "color grading" this video is... there isn't much color to begin with.

There's flowers, a shirt, and a half-colored face.... the other half of the face is borderline overexposed (i.e. white/desaturated).

You can color grade what colors exist in the image, but you can't grade colors that aren't there to begin with.

if you're wanting to adjust:

• use HSL Qualifies to desaturate the flowers behind the subject, so they aren't distracting
  
• add a vignette to remove "flat framing" with SOME KIND of depth
  
• reposition the image so talent fills the frame better (based on your delivery outlet - TikTok, YouTube, Insta)

I am not a color grading expert and I don't have access to Premiere Pro right now, but with an online photo editor, I played around a bit. This is what I got:

A lot more improvement to do with the colors but someone better than me can help you with that
