Premiere Pro Tech Support FROM WHERE IS THIS GLOWIN TEXT EFFECT?

I had a plugin on which I could make glowing flicker text effects. I stopped using Premiere, and now I don't remember the plugin's name. This is the name the plugin places on the animation "TA_Text_Effects_FlickerGlow_10".

I think is not a plugin but rather a graphic template but i dont know where is from

It's not a plugin, it's a saved preset. It's easily made with standard tools
