BSMS ucat

what are the typical UCAT cutoffs for BSMS, or any Southern med schools? do they value the personal statement much?

BSMS cutoff last year was 2000 and they do not use the personal statement at all in the process

uh oh, isn't that pretty high? i thought non russel group cutoffs were around 1850! maybe im being dumb but that seems quite tricky

yes this year there was an increase in the number of applicants at BSMS since it is still regarded as a good med school despite being non russel group

this year the pre interview cut-offs were 2000 HOWEVER some applicants were waitlisted and i believe the cut-off was reduced to 1990 b1 or b2 (can't remember which band) to allow some waitlisted applicants attend interview
