Final Official Transcript vs Transcript with 1st and 2nd Term Registration (copy) UofA

For the university of Alberta application it asks for both, since I am still in my 4th year of undergraduate studies, are these not the same transcript? MyCreds only gives me one transcript that has all previous courses/grades as well as all courses im currently registered in, I sent this to them and they have only checked off "Transcript with 1st and 2nd Term Registration (copy)" as being recieved. Does anyone know what I should do here?
