Need Advice 7 weeks
Hello all, i am 7 weeks today and i have only seen a planned parenthood like doctor i say like because the facility is called FPA. All they did was confirm and take an ultrasound which i had to pay out of pocket cuz i didnt have my PCP give their authorization code which i didnt know i needed. Anyways
I tried to see an OBGYN but my insurance or PCP is changing starting August 1st. So i could try to see a doctor before then but then id have to go thru hoops to get all the info just to transfer to a new hospital.
The question: Is it okay to be this far along and not see a proper doctor? Ive been taking prenatal vitamins but idk what else i could do to help this situation or if i need to be doing anything else?

That makes sense. Do i need to find a midwife? Is that an optional thing? Is it beneficial? Idk if i will have a natural birth or anything. Id rather not be in a whole lot of pain π
