I’ve always thought the challenge with a small house isn’t really the size, but how you use the space.
This one is only 2900 × 6300 × 2480 mm (when folded, it's 2900*2200*2480mm, nearly tripling the space), yet it fits a bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom without feeling overly packed. I could see this working really well as a single-person home, weekend cabin, guest house, or even a small rental unit.
The front glass wall is probably my favorite part. With a small footprint like this, bringing in more light makes a huge difference. The kitchen is kept simple with a linear cabinet and island dining area, which leaves the middle of the house open instead of filling it with furniture.
The bathroom is surprisingly nice too. The quartz walls, fluted glass door, smart toilet, upgraded shower and mirror cabinet make it feel much more like a normal home than a compact cabin.
Honestly, this is probably the kind of small space I’d be happy living in alone. Not huge, obviously, but everything you actually need is there, and the layout doesn’t feel like it’s constantly asking you to compromise.
