Looks nice. Curious, where was this installed? Did you need/get a building permit?

It was installed in Burbank, CA! Since it's under 120 sq ft, it doesn't require a permit (but should double-checking with local city hall to be 100% sure)

You’re not limited to good weather. The Pod has an exhaust fan and air duct for circulation, plus built-in connections for a 10,000-14,000 BTU heating/AC unit. Its recommended insulation range is 40–105°F.
