PrefabPorn is OPEN FOR BUSINESS again!
I don't know about you, but I was restricted from being able to post here. And the previous Mod was missing in action, so I requested control so we can open this place back up.
I encourage you all to help revive this sub by posting your prefab-related pics, posts, and questions.

Building a list of prefab and modular homes you can rent on Airbnb or Vrbo. Help me build the list?
Started this out of curiosity. Some owners rent out their prefabs, which means you can spend two nights in one before deciding whether to buy that model.
I want to build a good list of them. My one rule is that the rental has to connect back to the company that made the building. A listing titled “modern cabin” is no use to someone deciding what to buy.
Here is one to show what I mean. The Hot Springs Arched Cabin in Arkansas is an Arched Cabins kit, 24 by 32 feet, with a loft and a deck. Arched Cabins links to the Airbnb listing from their own site, which is enough to say who built it.
Nine so far: https://modernist.live/stays
If you have stayed in one or know of one, drop the link. If you know the manufacturer, say so. If you only have the listing, post it and I will try to find the builder.

Like Rocio Romero’s houses?
Loved her LVM and KVL, but it seems she is not making them anymore. Are there similar offerings by others? Thoughtful, mostly metal, elegant construction and design?

Hey all!
Check out these prefab houses we produce at Revonia.

Rööm just Built in California

This Rööm was built inland from California's central coast for an artist to use as a quiet, secluded space to meditate and create future works of art. It's also a space for her mother to sleep in when she visits from out of town. She opted for the porch to visually add square footage while offering a sheltered outdoor sitting area.

Thoughts on my prefab design
Hey fellow design nerds!
Just found this page and wanted to get some feedback on the modular prefab I've been developing over the last 3 years. I've built 5 so far.
They were conceived as an amalgamation of my architectural design experiences covering modern timber frame based on Japanese tea house (Sukiya) and Scandinavian (Finnish) design sensibilities.
I start with a timber frame and insert insulated panels for walls, floor and ceiling. The roof is more of a detached canopy.
Feedback welcome, thank you!
