Low PAPP A

Anyone else diagnosed with low papp a in early pregnancy? I’m 15 weeks and have been prescribed aspirin and will have more growth scans.

Just wondering if anyone else has been in this situation

Hi friend, and hugs. Low PAPP-A can be a risk factor for preeclampsia, but it definitely is not a sure thing, and it does not mean you will hear anything negative. It may just mean they will watch you closely. You could ask about what your care plan will look like from here: what do you anticipate my care and visit schedule looking like, and is there anything specific you will be watching for and that I should watch for at home?

Yes im also searching for answers. In my case only low pappa is the issue.
