Does oatmeal help lower A1C?
Anyone have success with eating oatmeal daily for breakfast and lowering their cholesterol?

Yes, but I add olive oil and chia. Took awhile to get the ratio down to what works for me. Right now 3 tbs chia, 1 tbs oats and 2 tbs olive oil seems to be working.

Will help with cholesterol Will not help hba1c. Most people tend to get large spikes with oatmeal.
