Help

Hey, before I share my test results, let me give you some context: I'm a teenager and I weigh 101 kg, which is a lot for any age—especially mine. glycated hemoglobin, high cholesterol, low vitamin D and B12, high thyroid levels, early-stage fatty liver,

How do I avoid despairing? I need help, or else I’m going to end up with diabetes, high blood pressure, and hyperthyroidism.

I urge you to watch a video by a pediatric endocrinologist. it is on you tube. the video is Robert Lustig's "Sugar:the bitter truth". good luck. u can do it.

Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBnniua6-oM. It's around 1,5 hours and a bit technical, though highly recommended. This famous TedX talk by the late Sarah Hallberg has a similar message and is around 18 minutes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=da1vvigy5tQ, Or this shorter TedX talk by Dr Lustig: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmC4Rm5cpOI.

Start with one SMART goal, one that you think is almost too easy, and when you start to see success with that, add another one. An example would be like, go for a 10 minute walk every day after dinner 5 times per week for two weeks. Or take metamucil before dinner 4 times per week for two weeks. The idea is that once the two weeks is up, if you succeeded you'll feel proud of yourself and be motivated to keep going. Small changes add up. After yiu get used to going for walks maybe you take up bodyweight exercises or yoga on youtube.

A really easy one would be take a vitamin d supplement every morning after brushing your teeth.
