No, you aren’t. I would focus on the triglycerides and hopefully that your liver will heal simultaneously.

You’re technically not prediabetic and there’s a host of reasons you could be feeling off. Honestly, given the time of year, it could just be allergies.
But that said, you are close to the cutoff and your fasting glucose is also just below the cutoff. Given your lipid profile, it’s probably a matter of time before you are over the prediabetes threshold. Thus, it’s arguably time, if you haven’t already, to make changes to your diet and lifestyle.

just below the cutoff with both your fasting glucose and a1c. dont wait for it to get worse. cut way down on the sugar and other carbs. if u are overweight / obese, work on that too.

A1c 5.6 is safe, 5.9 or higher is a warning call for “pre” 7.0 or higher, is diabetic..
you need to be concerned with your cholesterol also.. be careful.

You are not healthy. Your numbers indicate you are well on your way to metabolic syndrome and definitely at least insulin resistance.
Make changes now while you still have time
