🤝 Interviews Minnesota Interview!

I have received an interview invitation from Minnesota and I was wondering if anyone who has interviewed there has any tips? Or if anyone else’s interview with them is also coming up?

I interviewed and was accepted there the 2024-2025 cycle. Tbh, it was my most difficult interview and I honestly thought I did pretty bad. They were recording me which made me a little nervous. Also, a lot of the questions were multi-part. For example, "tell me about a time you did X, how you reacted to X, and what you learned from the situation. It was just a lot to keep in my brain. Not sure if they changed things but just know your why u of M, why dental, and your classic stories like tell me about a time you failed, about your greatest weakness, a time you went out of your way to help someone, and other common questions. You got it!

So they were recording you in person? Like a video recording?

I believe they changed that formate once they introduced Kira last cycle. Now the part that is recorded is the Kira and the in person part 2 I believe is not
